However, it did not arrive until after the Presidential Election of November 2000. This was a convenient arrival date, for the Clinton's, in that most Press Attention was focused in the direction of the new President-Elect - George W. Bush. Thus less attention was paid to the arrival of this Elegant 300 total piece Presidential Set, as approved of and ordered by President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton.

For reasons unknown, the Press often focuses concentrated attention on any White House China ordered by an Incumbent President. And, in the past, the comments by the Press have often been negative. The Clintons took a totally different approach in that they eschewed the nearly always previously ordered Official Presidential Seal and instead depicted the imposing 12" Service Plate with a Gold rendition of the Executive Mansion itself. General Dwight David Eisenhower wore this Rolex from the time of its 1950 Presentation until his death in 1969. Before his Death, President Eisenhower saw to it that it was given to his longtime Aide and Valet - Sgt. John Moaney. In a Book, Authored by President Eisenhower, entitled "At Ease - Stories I Tell To Friends", Eisenhower described Moaney as a Man Indispensable to him during his life-time. An Exalted measure of Praise for his friend and confidant from the time of their World War 11 1942 meeting until Ike's Death in 1969. Ike and Moaney were with each other daily for 27 consecutive years.

Young Cody, along with his Parents and five sisters, moved to Salt Creek Valley, Kansas in 1854, when Bill Cody was only eight years of age. Daniel Boone (1734 -1820) was an American Frontiersmen, Trapper, Surveyor, and Pioneer Extraordinaire. Featured below is a near Mint Condition Land Survey, accomplished by Boone, in Kentucky. Featured is an Elegant 9 x 8" Dessert Plate as ordered by President Rutherford B. Hayes, in 1879. A Highly-Skilled Artist has hand-painted the Baltimore Oriole, and although the plate was Manufactured in France it was Designed in America by Theodore Russell Davis, as requested by President Rutherford B.
